Bell Lap Mental Performance strives to support athletes and high performers as they work to reach their potential.

Working with each client is like navigating a trip together, the athlete and Mental Performance Consultant must agree on a destination and then decide which turns are necessary to get to the finish line. Every trip will be unique and require different skill sets, but personal development will be constant for each client throughout their time with Bell Lap.  


1-on-1 Mental Performance CoNSULTING

Individual sessions focus on the development of mental skills that will improve performance. Sessions are one hour long and always begin with an assessment of the athlete’s current mental skills.

Team PACKAGES

Group sessions are available to help assess and improve the effectiveness of team performance. Sessions will include work on cohesion, communication, and motivational climate.
