Bell Lap Mental Performance Coaching is dedicated to helping athletes develop & hone their mental skills with a unique, personalized approach.  Bell Lap can address common athletic performance areas including self-confidence, self-awareness, focus, energy management, preparation and routine, and setting meaningful and useful goals.

Bell Lap founder Perri Ford, BSci. Exercise Science & M.A. Sport Psychology, CSPA, draws from years of personal experience as an elite, national level track and field athlete, coach and personal trainer. Her diverse experience coaching athletes and working in health and wellness allows her to understand the intricacies of the physiological and psychological components of sport, with a deep and lasting connection to the athlete experience.
